Welcome to the YuMe Online Academy. First of all thank you very much for making the decision to do something for you, for your Body Mind, and Soul. A further “Thank you” to you for taking the step to put your trust in YuMe and allowing us to support you in bringing balance in your life.
YuMe Academy is a tool that will continuously be evolving and has been developed for those who want to improve their posture, reduce their discomfort and live a pain-free life. YuMe Academy provides you the freedom and flexibility to do exercise programs at your own time and at your leisure as often as you would like.
The 3 main advantages of the YuMe Academy is that:
- The programs have been created so they can be done whilst working from home or when you are in the office.
- You can do all exercises in your business outfit.
- ALL programs can be done by everyone – even when you are not the major Fitness master.
A short “Heads – Up” though – You may want to consider to still book your personal Introduction Session when you notice that these programs have helped you and you want to further improve your posture and you know you will benefit from a personalised program with exercises.
